为了加强对外籍教师的管理和维护外籍教师的人身安全,结合我校实际情况,特制定如下制度：

1.学校后勤保障部(保卫科)必须将外籍教师的管理纳如日常管理工作,加强和指导外籍教师遵守我国的一切法律法规；

2.加强外籍教师的出入管理,当外籍教师离开学校二个小时以上必须在后勤保障部履行登记手续,必要时,还需专人陪同,离开合肥市必须在公安局机关办理登记手续；

3.当外籍教师携带贵重公物出入时,须持有关证明.否则,门卫有权询问 扣留或叫后勤保障部处理；

4.外籍教师在与师生交往时,须尊重我校师生人格,不得有有损我国主权及尊严的言论和行为；

5.学校后勤保障部必须加强对外籍教师安全保卫,保卫其人身财产安全,有情况积极与公安机关取得联系。

此外，1.坐班制，  上午8：30-11：30    下午3：00-5：00

          2.未经学校允许不得私自做兼职。

Safety Administer System about Foreign Teachers

For reinforcing the foreign teachers’ management and supporting the foreign teachers’ human body safety, combining our school’s actual circumstance, we made settle as follows system:

1.      The department of logistic guarantee (security section) has to bring the foreign teachers’ management into the daily grind. Strengthen and guide you obey the whole law and code of our country.

2.      Strengthening the management of the foreign teachers’ discrepancy. If they leave our school for more than two hours, you have to implement register procedure in the department of logistic guarantee (security section). When it’s necessary, you need specially assigned to accompany. If you leave our city, have to carry out register procedure in the department of police organization.

3.      When you take valuable public property discrepancy, you need a certificate. Otherwise, the gate workers have power to ask you something or call the department of logistic guarantee.

4.      While the foreign teachers associate with our school teachers and students, you need to respect they personality in my school and can not speak or do something to break our country’s sovereignty and dignity.

5.      Our school needs to protect the foreign teachers’ human body property safety. If you have a circumstance, we need to make contact with the public security official’s organization.

Besides: 1. Please stay in your office at the work time.

8:30-11:30a.m.    15:00-17:00p.m.

        2. You don’t do any part-time job by yourself, you need pass our school’s agreement.
